About two hours per week will cover the pre recorded sessions, the live Q&A session and get the course material covered. You may want to pace yourself slower through the material and you can revisit and rewatch as much as you would like so more time can be spent on this if you wish.
The course material will be available for 3 months, giving you time to rewatch pre-recorded sessions, live replays and review course material should you wish, so no rush.
We understand that people learn in different ways and as we aim to support all types of learning styles, The Discovery Programme is presented in a mix of pre recorded sessions, live Q&A sessions, written course materials and printable materials. All pre-recorded content has visual supports and subtitles embedded into them.
The content is relevant for children of all ages as the programme guides parents through a journey of understanding emotions within ourselves, within our little ones, our reactions and responses and how this is brought into our parenting. This work has a direct impact on parenting children of all ages and is also essential work for anyone preparing to be a parent.

Yes, this course will offer an amazing insight into how your little one can already feel that connection in the parent child attachment, how children communicate mostly through their behaviour and in our opinion the earlier you can access this information the better for your child!
Yes, we are very mindful of how busy parents are. That is why we have created this option where all of the course materials and pre recorded sessions are staggered for you each week and then available to access in your own time, at your own pace. The live sessions with us are recorded and replay will be available for you until the end of the 3 months.

What we bring into each moment with a child, how we present that energy and the lens through which we see a child comes from a place within us and our own life experiences, is felt by every sense that child has and the data is stored in their nervous systems! Yes. Our Discovery Programme covers areas relevant for all children and affirms that every child needs to be seen as they are and met where they are at.
No, but they can be accessed at any time for 3 months within your account.
You have a cooling off period of 14 days after purchase and up to 48 hours prior to the start of the programme. After that time we can arrange for your payment to be transferred to other course dates if for some reason you cannot join us.
